Harissa Lamb Chops Recipe
Enjoy the taste of the Maghreb with these lovely harissa lamb chops. Consisting of bone in lamb marinated in a combination of yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and of course harissa. Then grilled until nicely charred and slightly smokey.

- 3 to 4 Lamb chops
- 2 Tablespoons of harissa paste
- 1 Tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon of yogurt
- Juice from ½ a lemon
- Pinch of salt & black pepper or to taste
Marinade the chops: mix together the harissa paste, olive oil, yogurt, lemon juice, salt & pepper in a medium sized bowl. Add the lamb chops and toss so until they are coated in the marinade. Cover this bowl with a plastic warp and place it in your fridge to marinade for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.
Preheat your grill to high
Grill the chops: Place the lamb chops on your heated grill and let them cook for 4 to 6 minutes on each side or until it is nicely charred and has an internal temperature of 145℉/63℃.
Serve the harissa lamb chops immediately and enjoy!
