Stop me if you’ve heard this all before, but I love pork chops. I have no issue with saying that they are one of my all-time favorite cuts of meat. And honestly, how could any carnivore not enjoy the simple pork chop? They’re a relatively cheap cut of meat that won’t put a dent in your wallet. They have a flavor that’s savory enough to get noticed yet mild enough that it won’t overpower other ingredients. And they are incredibly versatile which allows you to easily prepare them in a number of ways. Â
All great things in my book.
But in my opinion, it is the third reason on my list which makes pork chops so great. You see I like to make my pork chops a number of ways whether it be schnitzel, or with a chipotle lime marinade. However, those methods often require more work than I’m willing to put in for dinner. That’s why when I’m feeling lazy I make simple dry-rubbed pork chops.
They honestly couldn’t be easier to make. All you have to do is mix up some spices, rub them on your pork chops, and send those bad boys straight to the grill. The entire process takes no longer than 10 to 15 minutes. And what you end up with is one of the best tasting pork chops you will ever eat. So if you’re ready to learn how to make these dry-rubbed pork chops for your self then let’s get to today’s recipe!
