Mix together the ingredients: Add the peanut butter, vinegar, lime juice, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes to a medium-sized mixing bowl. Then use a whisk to stir everything together until thoroughly incorporated.
Adjust thickness (optional): If you want to use this dressing in a salad then I recommend you thin it out with a bit of water. Start by adding ¼ Cup of water to the sauce and whisk until combined. And if you prefer it even thinner then simply add an additional tablespoon of water and whisk to combine. Then keep repeating that step until it is the consistency you like.
Transfer the peanut dressing to a container and store it in your fridge until needed. Enjoy!
