Saute the onion and garlic: Get out a large pan, add the oil to it and place it over medium-high heat. Then add in the onion and saute it for a couple of minutes, or until it has begun to become translucent. Then toss in the garlic and saute it for another minute.
Add the shrimp: Toss in the shrimp along with the salt, paprika, and butter. Mix this into the onion and garlic until the butter melts completely. This should only take a minute.
Add in our liquid ingredients: Toss in the wine, lemon juice, and peri peri sauce. Mix this all together and let everything simmer for roughly 5 minutes.
Serve your shrimp mozambique either over some white rice, or in a bowl with some crunchy bread. Enjoy
