Moroccan Spiced Lamb Chops Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 Lamb chops

Marinade:

  • 1 Tablespoon of fresh mint leaves minced
  • 2 Cloves of garlic minced
  • 3 Tablespoons of olive oil
  • Juice from one large lemon
  • 1 Tablespoon of Ras al hanout
  • ½ Teaspoon of salt

Instructions

  • Make the marinade by combing all of the ingredients in a small bowl
  • Marinate the lamb chops: Get out a larger bowl, place the lamb chops in it and pour the marinade over them. Let the lamb chops marinate for at least 30 minutes up to 2 hours. Just make sure to turn them halfway through.
  • Preheat your grill to high
  • Grill the lamb chops: Place the lamb chops on the hot grill and let them cook for 4 minutes. Then turn them over a let them cook for an additional 4 minutes. This should result in a medium-rare chop, so if you want it to be more well done then simply let it cook for 5 minutes on each side.
  • Let the Moroccan spiced lamb chops rest for 5 minutes before digging in. Enjoy!
