Mango Salsa Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 Mangos diced
  • ½ Large red onion diced, should be roughly ½ cup
  • 1 Jalapeno deseeded and minced
  • ¼ Cup of cilantro finely chopped
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 2 Teaspoons of honey
  • A pinch of salt or to taste

Instructions

  • Prep and cut up the mangos, red onion, jalapeno, and cilantro. Add these ingredients along with the lime juice and honey to a medium-sized bowl.
  • Mix all of these ingredients together until everything is incorporated. Taste the salsa and add a pinch of salt, or until it is as you desire.
  • Place the mango salsa in your fridge for a couple of hours before using, enjoy!
