Make the sauce: Add the ingredients for the sauce into a glass or bowl. Then use a spoon, fork, or whisk to stir them together until thoroughly combined.
Get a pot of salted water up to a boil and cook your pasta/noodles until done to your liking.
Sautee aromatics: Once the pasta has roughly 5 minutes of cooking time left, place the 3 tablespoons of oil into a wok or large pan/skillet. Place this over high heat and toss in the minced garlic and chili pepper flakes. Sautee these aromatic ingredients for 30 seconds or until the garlic just starts to turn golden in color.
Add the ground pork to the wok/pan/skillet and break it up into fine crumbs. Sautee the pork with the aromatic ingredients for 3 to 4 minutes or until cooked through.
Finish the dish: At this point, the pasta should be done cooking so take it off the heat. Then use either a spider or spaghetti server to transfer the pasta from the water and into your wok/pan/skillet Next add a splash (roughly 1 to 2 Tablespoons of the pasta water to your wok/pan/skillet along with the cabbage, carrot, and sauce. Stir fry everything for a minute or two while the sauce comes to a boil. Finally, toss in the bean sprouts and green onion and continue to stir fry for another 30 seconds then take everything off the heat.
Serve the ground pork chili garlic noodles on a plate and enjoy!
