Garlic Herb Lamb Chops Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 lamb loin chops

For the marinade:

  • Cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon of red wine vinegar
  • Tablespoon of fresh rosemary minced
  • 1 Teaspoon of fresh oregano minced
  • Tablespoon of minced garlic should take 4 to 6 cloves
  • 1 ½ Teaspoon of salt
  • 1 Teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions

  • Marinate the lamb chops: Mix up all of the marinade ingredients in a bowl. Then place the lamb chops in a walled dish and pour half of the marinade over them. Turn the chops over and pour the remaining half of the marinade over them. Let these chops marinate for 1 to 2 hours.
  • Grill the lamb chops: Preheat your grill on high for at least 5 minutes. Then toss on the lamb chops and grill them for 3 minutes on each side for rare, 4 minutes on each side for medium rare, and 5 minutes on each side for medium.
  • Let the lamb chops rest for 5 minutes before digging into them. Enjoy!
