Dad’s Summer Salad Recipe

Ingredients

Red onion
quartered and cut into thin strips

Stocks of celery
finely diced

Large carrots
peeled and cut into half circles
3
medium tomatoes
cut into 1-inch sized chunks
1
Cucumber
peeled and cut into 1-inch sized chunks
1
Cup
of Italian dressing
Instructions
Cut up all of the vegetables and place them in a large bowl.
Pour on the Italian dressing and toss the salad together.
Let the summer salad sit in the fridge for a couple of hours before digging in. Enjoy!
