Dad’s Summer Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Red onion quartered and cut into thin strips
  • 3 Stocks of celery finely diced
  • 3 Large carrots peeled and cut into half circles
  • 3 medium tomatoes cut into 1-inch sized chunks
  • 1 Cucumber peeled and cut into 1-inch sized chunks
  • 1 Cup of Italian dressing

Instructions

  • Cut up all of the vegetables and place them in a large bowl.
  • Pour on the Italian dressing and toss the salad together.
  • Let the summer salad sit in the fridge for a couple of hours before digging in.  Enjoy!
