Coconut Overnight Oats Recipe

Ingredients

  • ½ Cup of rolled oats
  • ¾ Cup of coconut milk
  • 1 Tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 to 2 Tablespoons of maple syrup
  • ¼ Teaspoon of vanilla extract

Toppings:

  • Coconut flakes
  • Slivered almonds
  • Fruit

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients (sans toppings) into a bowl or jar. Then stir them up and let them sit covered in your fridge for at least 3 hours, or overnight.
  • Take the coconut overnight oats out of the fridge and top it with coconut flakes and any additional toppings that you prefer. Enjoy!
