Mango Sorbet Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Lb of frozen mango
  • ¼ Cup of honey
  • ¼ cup of water
  • 2 Teaspoons of lime juice
  • 3 Tablespoons of liquor

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients into a blender, and blend until it forms a smooth puree. This can take up to 6 minutes.
  • Pour the mango sorbet puree into a freezer-safe container and place it in your freezer for at least 6 hours.
  • Scoop out some of the sorbet and enjoy!
