Blend up the mangos: Add the cubes of mango to a blender along with the ⅓ cup of rum and blend them up for a minute or until it forms a puree. Or if you are using mango nectar then simply combine 1 cup of the nectar with ⅓ cup of rum
Add the mango/rum puree along with the club soda to a large pitcher. Stir everything together.
Muddle the mint sugar and lime in a glass: Get out 2 tall glasses and add to each 5 mint leaves, ½ teaspoon of sugar, and ¼ wedge of lime. Then use a muddler to smash these ingredients to release the oils of the mint and the juice of the lime.
Finish the mango mojitos by filling each glass up with ice cubes and distributing the mango/rum/club soda mixture between them. Enjoy!
