Strawberry Vodka Sorbet

Servings: 4 cups

Ingredients

  • 4 Cups of frozen strawberries
  • 4 Teaspoons of vodka
  • 2 Tablespoons of honey
  • ½ Cup of water

Instructions

  • Blend or process the ingredients: Place all of the ingredients into either a blender or a processor and blend/process them until it becomes a smooth paste. This may take 5 minutes.
  • Freeze the sorbet: Pour the sorbet into a freezer-safe container such as Tupperware. Then place this in your freezer for 4 to 24 hours so that it can firm up.
  • Once it’s firmed up scoop out the strawberry vodka sorbet into a bowl and enjoy!
