Measure everything out: Begin by measuring out your ½ cup of rolled oats, and Tablespoon of chia seeds. Then pour them both into an 8oz mason jar. Next add the honey, and cinnamon to the mason jar. Finally, add the ½ cup of milk and stir everything up.
Let the oats soak: Put a lid on this mason jar and place it in your fridge. Let the oats soak for at least 4 hours up to 24 hours.
Top with fruit: After the oats have soaked and become soft, add the banana slices, and blueberries on top.
