Course: Main Course
Cuisine: American
Servings: 4
- 3 to 4 pork chops preferable bone-in
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Apricot glaze
- ¼ Cup of apricot jam
- 2 Tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 2 Teaspoons of water
- 1 Teaspoon of paprika
Preheat your grill to medium high and salt & pepper your pork chops to your liking.
Make the glaze: Add all of the ingredients for the apricot glaze to a small mixing bowl. Use either a fork or a whisk to mix them all together until thoroughly combined.
Grill the chops: Place each chop down on your hot grill and let them cook for 4 to 6 minutes (depending on how thick they are). Then flip them over, brush them with the apricot glaze, and let them cook for another 4 to 6 minutes. At this point, you will want to keep flipping the chops and brushing them with the apricot glaze every 2 minutes. You will know that the chops are done when they have become firm or have an internal temperature of at least 145℉/63℃.
Let the apricot glazed pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving, enjoy!
